1. Introduction

Welcome to The Expert Sol. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to web design, web development, digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, and related solutions. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

• Services will be provided as outlined in the proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the Client.

• Any additional requests or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

• The Expert Sol reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services if the Client fails to comply with these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information, content, and approvals needed to complete the project.

• Ensure that all content (text, images, videos, etc.) provided does not infringe third-party rights.

• Maintain communication during the project to avoid delays.

4. Payment Terms

• A minimum deposit (as specified in the quotation) is required before work begins.

• Remaining balances are due upon project completion or according to the agreed milestones.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of Services.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Revisions & Deliverables

• Each project includes a specific number of revisions, as outlined in the quotation. Additional revisions will be billed separately.

• Deliverables are considered final once approved by the Client.

• The Expert Sol is not responsible for errors after final approval.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the Client will own the final design, website, or marketing material delivered.

• The Expert Sol retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

• Pre-purchased themes, plugins, or third-party assets remain under their respective licenses.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information, business details, and project data confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Timelines

• Project timelines are estimates and may change due to Client delays, additional requests, or unforeseen circumstances.

• The Expert Sol will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed schedule.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Expert Sol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.

• The Expert Sol does not guarantee specific results (e.g., search engine rankings, sales, or conversions) unless explicitly agreed in writing.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice.

• Payments made up to the termination date are non-refundable.

• If the Client terminates before project completion, all completed work will remain the property of The Expert Sol until full payment is received.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

The Expert Sol reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
